| Just because Lars sang it doesn't mean its not about Tim's ex. Another example is in Red Hot Moon, its about a girl Lars knew, even though tim sang the song. Also, I do think this came out before the knew each other. | |

| Crass – Punk Is Dead Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| AND as for the punk's mainstream theory. That's wrong. Pop is still the "mainstream choice". In such cases all pop-punk bands are mainstream for their pop characteristics. I.e. "hot members", extreme media coverage, ect, ect. Even the all famous punky person Mr. Vicious was a pop icon, (same with other major label punk bands, Ramones, Jam) the style and music differed, but if you think about it... so yeah, [most]America's youth eat up what the mainstream media tells them is good music like there's no tomarrow, bands may or may not be punk... or even good for that matter, but that doesn't alter the fact that they are perceived as such. | |

| Anti-Flag – This Is Not a Crass Song Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
Are you fucking kidding? Have you even listened to them... or more to the point read their lyrics? Anti-Flag are definitely influenced by Crass, but in my opinion Crass are gods compared to Anti-Flag... and Anti-Flag kicks ass, which shows how good Crass is ;) And -SubHumAn I consider that offensive, considering I'm 14.... |

| Crass – Asylum Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Another music genre? It's political punk, same thing as "politi-punk" and "punk with political lyrics". Although I think political punk sounds best, because the first choice sounds awkward, and the second choice is too long. | |

| Rancid – Motorcycle Ride Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
Lyrics: If you wanna make a move then you better come in It's just the ability to reason that wears so thin Living and dying and the stories that are true The secret to a good life is knowing when your through... You were wrong all along, it's gone it's over too late to run for cover backed into a corner, you're fit to die can't help me cause I'm lonely inside Sarah ceased existing long before she died A fifth of Bourbon and a motorcycle ride Sarah went down and tripped and fell lost her footing on the way to hell she said that's okay today alright said today I played and survived ...If you wanna make a move then you better come in It's just the ability to reason that wears so thin If you wanna make a move then you better come in It's just the ability to reason that wears so thin Sarah ceased existing long before she died A fifth of Bourbon and a motorcycle ride |
