The anticipation is killing me, I can't wait for Women As Lovers to come out. I can feel this song more than I can understand it. I think that half of it is the singer's desire for someone to be so madly in love with him that they disregard their better judgement and common sense. Then again, there's always the BDSM element. "To bind your limbs stoutly/to feign deafness to protest". So, maybe i'm analyzing this too much. Xiu Xiu, for me, is something to FEEL, not disect. So many lines in this song have some sort of emotional impact on me. I can't wait for Women As Lovers. This almost reminds me of XITSJ. |
