Coming from the angle that He Is Legend is a christian band, I think this song is being infected by sin. When it says "i saw you comin out the corner of my eye" it means he knew whatever he was doing was worng, but he did it anyway. The chorus is Schulyar asking God to get the sin out of his life. The pre-chorus ("Where are you now?", etc.) Is Croom asking whereGod is and why he allowed this sin to enter his life. |
