Claudio's come right out and said that the "rabbit" in the songs is the innocent side of Claudio. He was running away (run, rabbit, run) from his destiny as the Crowing in From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness, but in No World for Tomorrow, he finally owns up to what he really is and does what he's gotta do. When I heard the end of this song (let your rabbit go run), I almost cried. It seems to me like this is the end of the real struggle, but Claudio can never be innocent again. His rabbit's run away, so to speak. |

This is... MY theme song. To me, it's not really about the literal; it's about making yourself heard by any means possible and not being afraid of the consequences. There will always be people who will try to shut you up, or kill your voice, but you've just gotta keep screaming and do whatever you can to make a difference. |
