I have a question. I completely agree with you guys in saying the song's about God, but why is it called "Red Sam"? Any way you look at it this is a truly inspirational and beautiful song. I love Flyleaf!!! |

| I agree with pretty much everything that has been said so far. I think the song's about a girl who went through a very painful breakup and even after a year can't forget about it (I know the feeling from experience), but even though she's struggling trying to find meaning and a purpose in all of it she looks to Jesus and her faith to see her through. Any way you look at it it's an absolutely unbelievable song. You don't find that kind of emotion and truth from most bands today. | |
