In Flames – Minus Lyrics 19 years ago
"Drug me, infiltrate my neverland.
Like the floodtide drowning the shore.
Drug me, you’re all over me.
"You watch my blood begin to boil."
I think this is probably about escaping a troubled relationship with somebody with drugs when things get tough.

"I love that lullaby, start me up again.
Electric spine - open mind."
I think that the lullaby is possibly the fights? And the mention of electric spine could possibly be saying the drug is extacy?

"I leave you negative behind.
Watch me all in flames.
On a butterfly I ride."
Being high and in his own world. Where extacy is makes you feel so good, he's leaing the bad feelings behind.

"Inhale the light, relax for some time
The world outside stays numb tonight
Free your mind, express the forgotten
The world inside is yours tonight"
I think this part could be saying that "ok, now im' high and can dealw iht this, say what youve got to say" basically. But I'm not entrily sure, this is a harder part of the song to figur out.

"Please me, deliver the insane
In the chaos I find peace
Please me, remind the gods of my name
I believe there is one seat left for me ."
This is another tough part of the song to understnad.
Finding peace in the chaos is (again) i think about the drugs. maybe overdosing to finally escape all of the troubles?

Burzum – War Lyrics 19 years ago
You're right when you say the lyrics are incredibly hard to decifer(sp?). I think that the song is pretty striaghtforward in concept. Hey..it's war. I'm not sure if he says "dear moms" or just "moms" in it though.
Another part of the song taht I like is that he (on at least one occasion) fucks up. His reasoning behind not fixing the mistakes is because it makes the music more personal, which is pretty cool.

Burzum – Lost Wisdom Lyrics 19 years ago
Basically the way I see it, the song is Varg trying to say that there are other beliefs than jsut "your" christian beliefs. Being a guy who feels so strongly on the subject of Christianity overtaking Pagan culture and practises he says "the knowing". Meaning Pagans who actually had the right idea about what the world was like.
More or less the song is "think outside the box". There are other beliefs than your own and jsut because they arn't what you believe dosn't make them any less acceptable/right.
