chesnutt is reference to vic, and mould is to bob. I heard M. Ward say that on a radio show. also, "yr" could be a sonic youth reference...Kill Yr Idols, I think that was the first use of "yr" with sonic youth (early 80's...?) and sonic youth never write "your" they always write "yr" now. I have no idea if that has anything to do with M. Wards use of it though. |
