Radiohead – Knives Out Lyrics 19 years ago
Personally, I don't think this song is about cannabalism. I think that was a remark made by the band as a joke to the people who don't get the deeper meanings of songs. It's about a girl (some friend of the singer's perhaps) whose been left by a boy and she's all mopy, sick and weak. (Hence "if you'd been a dog/they would've drowned you at birth). And the "mouse" is the feelings she has left over from her boyfriend and the singer is encouraging her to destroy them and kill them.

The Postal Service – Nothing Better Lyrics 19 years ago
My take of the song is that a girl has finally gotten over a guy but he's still clinging on to her even though she has moved on. The last part of the song (You've got a lure I can't deny/But you've had your chance so say goodbye) is her wanting him to let go because it is too painful to forgive(?) him.

Broken Social Scene – Love And Mathematics Lyrics 19 years ago
I have to agree with the other comment; this song rocks.

Obviously, we can't interpret the lyrics but by the title I think the song is alerting to either

a) that love is confusing and that you need to use "math" to make somewhat sense of it.
or
b) that sometimes love isn't what makes sense whereas with math, it all makes perfect logical sense.

That's just my opinion.
