I can totally get this song...Its pretty much how Im feeling at the moment. Its like the guy has messed you around, but you still have those feelings and you're not quite sure what to do about them...hence, "Don't know if I should hate you or miss you Damn I wish that I could resist you Can't decide if I should leave you or kiss you" You so want to hate them, but then they phone you or turn up somewhere and you just can't not speak to them. There is just that something that you can't explain that is still holding you there... |

From what everyones saying, I can now see why this time in my life I am totally loving this song...lol, I have this thing going on with a guy who has a girlfriend. We haven't done anything as I am not a cheater and neither is he, but he's considering breaking up with her in order to see if he wants to be with me. She gets jealous, so he hasn't said about me the whole "I'll be your best kept secret and your biggest mistake" If he breaks up with her and we don't work out then it could be his biggest mistake. Also "And if you say this makes you happy, then I'm not the only one who is lying" He's not totally happy in the relationship as she is too jealous and over protective, but he tells her he is happy with her and although I tell him I'm ok with waiting and Im happy with just being friends right now, I'm lying. Then the lines "And I keep my jealousy close, 'cause it's all mine." I'm not too bad but I do get a little jealous when he can't see me because he's seeing her or when he tells me about what he's done with her - because I ask...The jealousy is the only thing i can hold onto at the moment as its the only part of me i dont want to give to him - especially considering the current relationship he's in... No wonder i keep singing it and it reminds me of him! |
