I think its about something going on behind her back "everybodys talking, but they dont say a thing" but no one tells her. "Were you the last to know...were you left out in the cold....were you left out in the cold...what you did was low.." I think her boyfriend cheated on her with one of her friends. In the song she tells them both how she feels and that they're "Low." And she says "my friends are outside waiting" like saying "my real friends are waiting for me i dont have time for you anymore." This is my take on it anyways. "When the truth came out..." - its like something was going on and then she found out and it devastated her. |

I think this song is definately about a one night stand that really affected whoever the song itself is about, or even being raped, and how its going to take a long time to recover and learn to trust someone again. The lyrics pretty much speak for themselves. Its a really emotional song, and really powerful. |

I dont think the screaming in the background is annoying, i found it pretty scary actually. I think the suicide meaning take on things makes sense. |
