Yeah the sounds at the beginning bother me too. Like, what ARE they? But yeah dag, lol I know what part you're talking about with the gollum part, but that's not gollum this is a girl saying something like "sweetie bear, you're so precious to me" then something I can't understand. Idk who said that? Yeah I don't think it has to do with Gerard, it's definitely way more of a love song. This and Hard to Say are my favorite slower Used songs, I wish there were more screamy songs on LFTL though. |

Hokay Brand New is utterly amazing and this song is I think the best song on TDAG, it's so relatable. But like, the new album is so, not upbeat. None of the songs are like, cheery. Compare any of these songs to Jude Law and a Semester Abroad. It's such a different sound. I mean, it's good, but I miss old Brand New, too. |

I am IN LOVE with this song, it's amazing. But yeah, I kinda thought they were in a relationship or maybe friends with benefits? But the guy makes her his first priority and she takes him as a second or whatever to her friends, hence the "please get off the phone now." The video didn't really do it for me though, this being more of a romantic song. I would totally get married to this song. And amy_xx are you talking about Sic Transit Gloria? That song is soo good |

Actually, John Nolan who is now the lead singer of Straylight Run who was the lead singer of TBS. Jesse Lacey was involved in the band in a different way. But yeah, I think it was about really close friends who went out and tried making it work but then it didn't really end up well while the guy still has a thing for her, and she's moved on to another guy and the guy is trying to be there for her but it's not the same. Someone might have said something along the lines already, sorry. |

this song is amazing. im a girl and im not gay, but like, i can so relate. me n my ex, we both liked each other after we broke up and neither of us said anything until we got over each other and he was all like youre an idiot we could be going out right now. i should have kissed him when i felt like it thats my little rant, usually i dont like when ppl bring personal references but the song matches it soo well its disgusting. so yeah i kinda got the gay thing about it too with the tie and such. love the song, the videos nice too. |

Yeah I think this is way better than Wham's version, but not as good as MCR's All I Want For Christmas. Strider I know one but it's not exactly a cover, or really punk, but it's sort of rockish, I guess. Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses. I like it a lot. |

It's like, this couple that has sex in a hotel but then the guy gets annoyed with the girl's clinginess and leaves her at the side of a road and then goes and gets a new girl and has sex with her in the same room and yeh the ex acts like she's gonna kill them but doesn't and she leaves smiling. I love that video, it's so satisfying. I love the let go in the beginning and the back down in the ending. Damn. |

Yeah, I kinda think that a guy and a girl are in a relationship, but the guy is being played and the girl doesn't really like him, or used to but now they're just pretending. Everyone says he's lost, and he hates her for what she is and everything because he loves her so much and she doesn't return the feelings. But reading these posts I can definitely see how it relates to cancer or some other terminal disease. Whatever the meaning is, I love this song. The emotion, lyrics, piano, everything is perfect. |

Heyy, first off I really need to say how much in love I am with this song. I've listened to all 9:35 of it 38 times in 3 days, and I don't intend on resting. It's soo unbelievably nice. But I have a question, who is breaking up with who in the song? Cuz part of the lyrics are "you tell me that it's over," but then another part talks about how her hopes crashed because of him, and that no one will ever hurt her like he DOES? I personally love that line, "they'll never hurt you like I do," cuz usually it's love you. So who's breaking up with who here?? Help? =1 |
