i've noticed alot of people asking, why is it so bad that they're famous. well i'll tell you why, because when they become famous that creates new fans that well arn't really fans.. that just say that they like it.. for example i know this girl and i was wearing my panic! at the disco hoodie and she was like "oh my gosh i love panic! at the disco, i love their music!" and i'm like okay.. so than later we went in downstairs to listen to music and i played "i constantly thank god for estaban" and shes like "who plays this, it sucks" i'm like "panic! at the disco.." and shes like "well the only song i know is i write sins not tragedies". Panic! becoming famous have created alot of new fake fans like the example i gave you. and thats why alot of people say MTV ruins all the good bands, because most likely who watches MTV just goes along with the crowd.
other than that, i for one actually like panic! at the disco's work. i found out about them on ryan ross's livejournal, when all he had down was lyrics. then they recorded their demos, and i liked them.. then the cd came out, and i fell in love with them... |
