i actually saw them perform this at the warped tour last tuesday, and let me tell you, it was FABULOUS...they did outrageously well and before they performed it, it was explained that they took like 5 years to perfect it, as it was about their friend who was "hit by a fucking train". i didn't think much of the song before i saw it live and felt what it was about, the pain they felt... i like this song now (= haha. thursday's amazing. i wish there was more screaming in their new stuff, and i still definitely favor their older songs better, but i can deal with their new ones. |
