yall are all wrong! 'she talks to angels' is about a girl and her parents and family are having problems, THATS why she goes into her room and pulls the shades down tight. The hair is from a little boy who is her little brother or a friend that died a long time ago, but she knows hes still there in a sense. thats who she talks to when she talks to angels. She is forced into religion by her parents and thats why she wears a cross. When she paints her eyes, that her way of resenting it. she tries to be goth, so that her parents will understand that she wants to do her own thing. when she smiles when the pain comes, shes trying to hide her fear so that she can help her family through the rough times that theyre having. shes not on drugs!!! her parents are very against anything "un christian' so she never wants to say any thing about be addicted. she ashamed of her family and how theyre messed up and everything, so thats why she tells you shes an orphan after you meet her family.
