| Brand New – Limousine Lyrics | 19 years ago |

How about this... "They signal, interrupt Fading frequency's not strong enough, remain" And did the drunk guy die in the accident, too? If so, the last part (the "devil's" part)could be from his p.o.v. too. |

| Brand New – Luca Lyrics | 19 years ago |

No, it's definitely "We fixed you..." It says "You never fit well with our group" in the line before it. It's probably a reference to him though. |
|
| Brand New – Limousine Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I hear "He's volunteering in the race to end your life" | |
| Brand New – Jesus Christ Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
It's most definitely "My BRIGHT is too SLIGHT to hold back all of my dark." That seemed obvious to me. |
|
| Brand New – Untitled Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Am I the only one who actually sent them the dollar like a day after I got the CD? I don't think this song's "lyrics" will actually be in the packet anyways. I have yet to get it. | |
| Brand New – Luca Lyrics | 19 years ago |

xStickxCoreX has the words, I believe. The only part I think I hear differently (though I could be wrong) would be: "I'm drearily blunt, letting this blind wedding cause me harm" and the line after it should just be: "So, the last thing you realize you need is what you've already got" without the colon. |

| Fall Out Boy – The Carpal Tunnel of Love Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I always thought it was "Got house calls from my former self saying 'How you been?'" | |
| Fall Out Boy – This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| You forget so early that Fall Out Boy secretly hates all of its fans. They are just talking about how everybody jumped on their bandwagon when FUCT came out, but really they could care less. Pete said himself there were songs he liked better, but this one had a special message. The song is intentionally radio-friendly, but it is mainly about how much they dislike the people who like pop music. "I'm the leading man, but the lies I weave are oh-so intricate." I bet most of the rest of the album is more like Carpal Tunnel of Love. | |
| Brand New – Luca Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| What do you mean we can't talk about what it's about? It's about drowning someone. | |
| Brand New – Coca-Cola Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
Not to be nit-picky, but.. And I lay here in the grass and I lose your SCENT If god gave me grace than WHY aren't I graceful? I think this song is the music from Untitled 03 with the meaning of Untitled 01. |
|
| Brand New – Luca (Reprise) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Just a cleaned up version of Untitled 06, but still a nice song. I think I like the new version of Luca better. Especially the ending.. Very intense. | |
| Logan Square – Brilliant Lives Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Wouldn't the "real" lyrics be the ones that are on the album? That's just the demo version. I have heard it and I like the album version better. | |
| Brand New – Sowing Season (Yeah) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| There's an article online somewhere that confirms the first lines as "SHE'S losing all my friends..." | |
| Fall Out Boy – Tell That Mick He Just Made My List of Things to Do Today Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Best memory of this song: singing really loud at Warped Tour '05 and getting dirty looks from the people around me who didn't know the words because they only had FUCT. | |
| Logan Square – Alley Cat Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
These guys have a pretty good vocabulary when they need to use it. ("slattern" and "antithesis") That was the first time I have ever heard either of those words used in a song. Anyways, It's probably about an ex-girlfriend who ended up being a slut and cheated on him or something. |
|
| Logan Square – Fire and Kerosene Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
I heard this song in Best Buy and thought it was pretty good, so I picked out the CD. I guess this would be their first single from the CD then (?) It's amazing to me that these guys aren't more popular. Although, I think if they released something like "I'll Get There" or "I'm So Sorry" as a single, they would catch on because those songs are catchy as hell. Anyways... Meaning... Umm.. Well, I am not entirely sure to be honest. I guess it is just about how the are punk guys and thus they are considered outcasts who nobody really cares about, but now that they are doing this music thing, they are getting noticed (like if you took "fire and kerosene" to buildings). "They'll be sorry when I get there" (possibly an allusion to "I'll Get There") meaning that they'll be sorry they never paid attention to me before. Maybe I am overanalyzing it, but that is the metaphor I pick up. |

| New Found Glory – It's Not Your Fault Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Looks like Jordan got a bit better at singing. It wasn't bad before, but now he sounds really good. This song is pretty good, though it was definitely a different sound than I expected when I heard there was new NFG. | |
| Logan Square – Brilliant Lives Lyrics | 19 years ago |

Ever hear a song once and fall in love with it? That was this one for me. I think the meaning is pretty obvious. It's about leaving someone and how much you will miss them when you are apart. |
|
| Brand New – Take Apart Your Head Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| NOOOOOOOOOOO! He changed "I miss you every night when I'm going to bed. I love you so much that it hurts my head." That was my favorite part to this song. | |
| The Academy Is... – Superman Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Isn't this song just called "Superman" ? | |
| Brand New – The Storm Is Coming Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Yeah, I have finally listened to it. It is definitely "all the time." | |
| Brand New – Sowing Season (Yeah) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| The music in this song is so simple, but it is still amazing. I love it. | |
| Brand New – The Storm Is Coming Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I have never heard the song, but I want to.. But I have to say the line "i miss you all the time when i'm going to bed." seems a bit wordy for Jesse's writing. I would think "I miss you every night when I'm going to bed" would sound more like him. Any chance that that is what he says? Or is it definitely "all the time?" | |
| Brand New – Yeah (Sowing Season) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
Just some changes I thought should be made: But HE loved HIS wife HE LOVED HER AND WAS faithful to her always Buried both the kids in the summer sun Praying for HIS life Huddled in the brig all with the shipmates Praying for HIS life and I dropped the bomb What you waiting for? Searching for YOUR brother In an empty room across the hall Is he coming back? Listening at night Waiting for a SOUND to come up the stairs Listening at night for the sound of a car PAKING, YEAH Summer skin Found another lover Tell him straight, TELL HIM ON THE PHONELINE (?) again Tying both your shoes and Looking 'CROSS the ocean for the signal Waiting for a body in an open box They don't send you letters They don't telephone your INNOCENT SELF (?) They don't send you letters But you're waiting for THEM TO WRITE HIM, YEAH Probably my favorite song out of the demos. |

| Dropping Daylight – Brace Yourself (album version) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
How am I the first to comment on this band? They kick so much ass that isn't even funny. Anyways, I think this song is kind of an "intro" to the album/band. Even though it isn't the first song on the album, it's still the title track. It's just saying "Brace yourself, because Dropping Daylight is here and we aren't leaving any time soon." |
