I think this song is pretty cocky. hes had a shitty time with this girl sarah which has brought him down but he knows hes awesome, hes a fucking superhero. he knows once hes pulled out of the aircrash hes going to be on top- his luck could change from being in a wreck to being her super hero. she doesnt realize it but hes her superhero and theyre standing on the edge. she needs him to save her in this possibly risky situation. Its almost like hes getting the last laugh. she has killed him before but once hes out of the aircrash she wont be able to kill him again because its going to be so glorious. He really believes in himself and his own awesomeness despite his previous state of feeling like shit. Hes going to be so great that the head of state is going to want to speak to him but its going to be such a glorious day that he wont even have time for the head of state. I also like what "I Am Not Amused" said |
