I think that the 12 year old fell in the water first. "Then they heard a splash but it sounded bigger than fish size 12 yr old screams mom And mom screams back The baby was holdin your arm" The way I see it, the 12 yr old fell in the water, thus the splash, and comes up to the surface and screams to its mom, upon which the mom thinks about the baby. (which isnt actually a baby, but a todler, she's four after all.) So mom and dad jump in to look for the baby. I agree with marz28 that the light Pharrell is singing about is 'the white light', it says so in the song. "But the sun wasn't yellow It had turned white" "Just as the light said "Sunrise was Heaven's track"" Heaven's track... I just can't figure out whether the baby is just waiting for the mom so the mom won't be lonely, which is sweet or that the baby was luring the mom, so the baby wouldnt be lonely. Because it seemd kind of creepy to me that the baby is lying in the water, face down, because it was on it's back but the mom turned it around. And it's saying: I was waiting for you. I don't know, it freaks me out. This whole song is kind of earie... |
