Well I've been with this guy for 2 years now and we seem to always have these fights and break up and get back together. So this song really makes me think of that. He always has a hard time coming back cause he's scared. He walks away from problems cause it's easier than having to deal with them. He needs to realize that maybe the right thing to do would be to face the problem and take care of it rather than walking away till it gets better. This song reminds me a whole lot of this situation...I wish he'd listen to it... "sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same" to me this is like, sometimes it's hard to have to deal with problems, but if you love someone, it's the right thing to do. "maybe you want her maybe you need maybe you started to compare to someone not there" sometimes you can really love someone, but when there are problems you start to wish you had someone who you would never argue with ever. But you will never have that. |

| In my opinion the song is not about wanting out of a relationship, but rather not wanting out of it. I see it as the other person wants out of the relationship to be free and live a single life, and the singer knows that this person will have fun at first maybe, but will eventually start to feel lonely and hate it. He's angry at the other person and says "throw your life away" go ahead and do what you want, it's your life. But it also hurts him, since the other person is just tossing him aside like he never mattered - "throw my life away." and "throw our life away" is throw the whole relationship away. | |
