Ha ha, I love it when i hear girls say "That's such a sweet song!" because they hear "blah blah blah blah AND WHAT YOU ARE IS BEAUTIFUL blah blah blah". I see that this song is from the point of view of a man who started dating a girl after meeting her as a prostitute. She got pregnant, and had an abortion. Neither of the two know what to do with the rest of their lives, so the man gives the girl THREE choices. A) Return to the family that rejected her B) Get married to the man and start a new life or C) Run (or "slide") away from everything and start a new life where nobody knows her |
