| Susie Suh – Seasons Change Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| this was the very first song i listened to by Susie Suh. I have to admit, she is very talented. This is probably one of my favourite songs by her simply because it's the first one i listened to and realized that she is very talented! it's basically about how as the time goes by, seasons change and as a person you change. after everything you have had to deal with your heart either grows a little colder or a little warmer. but in the end, after each season changes we too change as well. personally, i love this song. i think it's very well written. | |

i love when he sings, yet i hate his "rapping" haha. well you know when he says Oh, don't turn around and say bye again Yeah, it crushes my head when you call me your friend And I'm not the same person from back in the day In the back of the class That you thought was gay No, I can't find the words 'cause I lost them the minute They fell out of my mouth And it's love, and I'm in it So give me your lips And just let me kiss them And let's get messed up and listen to possibly sure it has a true and honest meaning, the lyrics for that part are good. but not the "rapping/talking" lol |

| Marjorie Fair – Empty Room Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| this is one of the greatest songs i have heard in quite a while. to me, it means letting go of a certain relationship or friendship and simply trying to 'make it out alive.' lines one to three basically mean that the person is sick of trying to make this non-existent relationship work, and that perhaps it's best if they 'build fences on the wall' allowing the relationship to drift. and 'in this state i shall not remain' refers to the fact that he can no longer handle remaining in this 'territory' where things kill him the most. basically 'this don't matter like it did before' means that things that used to matter don't anymore and that he was able to open up his eyes and as he aged he realized it's something that isn't truly worth fighting for. i don't know how else to describe it. that's just how i see it! it also deals with the 'life or death' aspect. if you just carefully read the lyrics you'll be able to notice that as well. btw; this is my very first comment! | |
