This is not Weird Al. As I recall it is Dr. Demento. I like the song of course, from the good old days of comedic songs. The song isn't really making fun of anything, as far as I know. It might be, but as I understand it' he's singing more or less about the american dream, how 'anyone' can go from a nobody to being wealthy. *shrug* |
