feel the hate. no poetry, just pure hate and anger. Personally, I'm not so big on this song though it was pretty amazIng when I saw it live. The lyrics of Downfall, Everytime I die, even Are You Dead Yet? although also angry have something beautiful to them. |

Really this song should be taken as a part two to Letter To Dana. But I love this song. Gets stuck in my head for days. And the theme is really universal. It relates to everyone. Who hasn't received mixed signals or something and started stressing out about how someone feels? |

I gotta say I'm hovering in between everyone here. I personally love whoracle, jester race and clayman, but I also love their newer stuff. Who doen't like Take This Life, Leeches and Crawl Through Knives? They are awesome songs! For STYE and RTR, they went off on a different track, but there are still some great songs. It may not be the In Flames we know and love, but aside from that, The Quiet Place, Dawn Of A New Day and Cloud Connected are still good songs when compared to some of the other crap out there. |

Gotta agree with the above. I love In Flames, and this song is definitely one of their best. Love the guitars and the pauses before the choruses. The guitars in their older albums were better than the new stuff. I'm not so big on STYE or RYT.
I think this song is about anxiety, fear and obsession, leading to the point of contemplation of suicide. |
