I hate this song, personally. I think it's the worst on the album. I don't like how they sing in a throaty voice in most of the song. That's not singing, that's croaking! Just had to get that off my chest. Love the rest of the album! :D |

This is my favourite song on the album. Love the bit where it sounds like a whole crowd is singing "We're only liars.." it always makse me sing along! :D And the "ribbon on my wrist" parts. |

Uh, they did make a video for it... It starts off in black + white, like a sitcom in the 50s, back when strip clubs are illegal, then he goes to a strip club, and the video turns to colour. He puts on a mask to conceal his identity, kisses another stripper and they take off their masks and it's hi wife (in the video he has a wife)! The police find the club, arrest everyone and as the police cab drives away, the video turns B + W again. |
