Hi. I'll preface by saying that I'm very happy to have found this webpage and so many people eager to discuss something that matters to me.

Shaobiz's entry on 5.20.06 with the word "seem" caught my attention. Now, I'm not one to claim an understanding of "Will" in either a Christian, Muslim, Hindu or Buddhist sense but the song as a whole SEEMS to suggest something about Will and Maya. The song's lyrics don't feel as critical of human behaviour as the lyrics of "Right in Two," but I also sense a continuity of thoughts (with these two tracks).

If Maynard was using "intension" the same way Saussure or wikipedia suggest, maybe these lyrics express one view of human pretense.

Is there no other way than what Mom and Dad and school say? Is there only one's will alone? Those are some Satanic thoughts in the inverted, but who would really fall for that? "Repugnant is the creature who would squander..."
