| Reminds me of my youth (my dark, depressed "goth" days) and companions who shared that same dark mental place with me...then one of them would break free of the depression and move on (or escape by suicide) leaving me feeling left behind. Of course those days are over now, but if I could write a song about it, this would be it..... as always innocence mission writes in half-memory (reminds me of S&G's dangling conversation) and the importance is how we remember feeling rather than what happened to make us feel that way | |
