I think this song is awesome. I think it's about a girl, pretty and seems so perfect but people are noticing that she's fake. She thinks shes perfect but everyones getting sick of it so she's barely scraping by. She's learning that she's lonely, and that she's not getting by just with her looks anymore. "You can't fake it hard enough to please everyone, or anyone at all", meaning that she's not gonna please everyone, anyone, with her looks anymore so she's getting lonely. I know someone EXACTLY like this and I AM getting sick of her "I'm perfect" crap so I need to have her listen to this song. |

This song is sooooo sad too.... You have got to read the comics..... They explain sooo much! The virus infected the children and they had to kill them all off: This is after they kill Josephine (Everything Evil). Coheed walks into Matthew and Maria's room with to glasses of poison so that they don't suffer, ("Pain is only a pulse if you just stop feeling it") they just drink it and die. I love it when they yell "Shabutie!" It's so cute and it goes with their old band name. But anyways, "Me and my star, Matthew good night You know by law when you'll be forgiven" When Coheed thinks he'll die because of it, or the law will enforce it. "Maria my star, Matthew goodnight You know my lord when you'll be forgiven" Basically Coheed will die too, so thats a forgiveness kind of thing. "Wait, now, here when will you believe? Have any of you read the comics?? It tells all about their songs. This song is sooo sad. :( Well, Coheed and Cambria (Claudio's parents) are going to have to kill off their children because of Mayo and their virus that infected their children. So they had to kill him off, and he was with his girlfriend, Newo Ikkin. ----- "dear mom and dad, I write you in the letter that states" That probably means that he knows and thats when they're dying. ----- "Point your gun in another direction now that you've cried yourself to sleep" Co&Ca killed their children, except Claudio. Claudio knows and basically says that. ----- "When the days found figuring will he be home again? With wide open windows will she be waiting for?" They have to kill them by... 12 midnight or 1 am. And their not home. ----- I think this is Claudio saying something like: "I know what you did, but I still love you. I write you this letter, to forget your son," So they don't try to kill him anymore. I'll be home to say I love you and I'll be moving on." lol ----- Thats what I got out of it!! |

Well, it's definatly a fight! lol I think a kid got into a fight, a serious one. Maybe he's getting surgery because it says something about anaestha. "You can take the kid from the fight but You cant take the fight from the kid" I think that means you can't stop the kid from fighting, but not forever. I think the whole song together means something like... He had to go to the hospital with his friend or whoever the person talking is. The person with him is saying "Sit back, relax" 'cuz maybe the fight kid has anger management issues. The kid doesn't remember what happened at first. So when he says "The bruises and contusions will remind you what you did when you wake" means it'll help him to remember and to not do it again. "The I.V. and your hospital bed This was no accident This was a therapeutic chain of events" Means he knew he was doing it and maybe the kid that fought that kid meant to kill him. |
