Little miss I know all nightwish lyrics, Satakieli... You got them wrong. It is not ”I need to die to feel alive” The correct lyric is this: "I need to guide you through a lie". I just don't hear that "v" sound at the end of your supposed 'alive'... Otherwise, beautiful song! Best one on the album!! :) |

first, two bits of the lyrics are wrong. In the beginning its not "i broke everything new again". It's 'I broke everything real again'. And the second bit that's wrong, later on its not "extreme songs that told me " the correct thing is 'extreme sounds that told me'... The song is the best... It's about being u, it's about suffering, it's about the horrors you've been through..The extreme things you need to do, to believe to survive the things you've seen... And i don't think it's about a "breakup"... Everybody here posts that about every single song...lol |

This song doesn't make sense to me... I get the general sense of the songs but some details don't match up! But it definately reminds of Count of Monte Cristo(Kick ass movie, does justice to the book) What would you guys prefer? Door Number 1: Tell your Best Friend that you fucked his wife? Door Number 2: Go to jail for 10 years and still having the same problem you started off with when you get back home? I mean, after the ten years how is he gonna get the woman he loves? One way or another the friend gets a stick up the ass, but why choose the one where you both get sticks up the ass? Doesnt make sense to me... Lol, you guys have no idea what this song is about... I guess too much televison does that to little kids like you! Its about daydreaming, its the simplest way to explain it to you!! It's about dreaming your life away: "For this gift of dream I must pay the price with the loss of life´s pleasures" ...Nothing in reality could ever compare to your dreams...So don't compare, and you'll be happy! ...as for your guys's theory about "before technology" crap...Well, i don't think people were all that happy then...If you ever took history you'd know.
