Well, i´ve sent an e-mail to Chad asking about this song, and the answer is that it really is about the 1920 prohibition era, and has to do with a call to the workers to join together and rise up against opression. Also, the song references Salinger's "Catcher in the rye" an Shakespear's "Henry V". Well, i´m reading "catcher in the rye" by now, and i´m intended to read Henry V as soon as possible...
