I first impression was that the singer was talking about himself, and how he's addicted to and burnt out on drugs. There is part of himself that is drugged out, and part of himself that is ok and wants to get better. He's going through withdrawal, he tells himself he will feel better in the morning, and whatever he lost due to drug addiction can be regained. |
