I'm sorry, but doesn't this sound insincere to anyone else? The lyrics are childish. "One Straw Please"? Somehow I think it's mocking child puppy love, when teenagers think they're so ridiculously in it. Or maybe he's just taking love back to its cute puppy love stages. Shrug. |

| Yeah I think we all got this meaning down. Except for one little thing. You all keep saying the line 'I still feel you and the taste of cigarettes' is about cigarettes being a bad habit or whatever. But have you ever dated someone who smoked? That taste of cigarettes stays with you, especially if you're not used to it. And everytime you smell it, you think of them. I think maybe that's what this means. Just another connection to the person they've lost in their life. | |

Ahh first of all, fucking amazing song. Tim Armstrong can be pretty damn awesome. | I'm glad to see people defending Rancid here. I figured everyone would trash this song. Agreed, how can they be sellouts when they're doing everything for themselves? About the song, I admit I like the older stuff better. But I have to say, this song introduced me to Rancid. Oh, it's been a wonderful relationship since then. : ) I'm glad they're still around and making music. | |
