@[Lucre:22278] I dispute everything you said about masturbation, but otherwise it mostly checks out. |

Intuition (too lazy for science) tells me the writer literally means the experience between turning out the light and the beginning of REM sleep. I am just responding to all the people with the exotic interpretations - I can't say what the writer means by it. The commentor who mentioned rebellion was quite right. All the AF songs I can think of speak of non-political rebellion / individual freedom. It's funny that I have to specify 'individual' before 'freedom'. The 1900s were a technologically ripe but somehow socially, intellectually, unproductive century. I blame California. |

| System of a Down – Shame on a Nigga (Wu-Tang Clan cover) Lyrics

Yeah. Wu Tang are talented but ain't much to listen to; SOAD are a little bit gay, but combined they produced a song that puts the fear in Death. You wouldn't start up shit-talkin' The Clan or SOAD after listening to that song without first checking wikipedia to make sure that they weren't actually SAS or left-over Titans or some shit. To boot, the ability to make a gun that is infinitely small, or even just knowing people who have access to that sort of heat, is pretty darn impressive. |

Yeah, this song is bad-ass. You can call them pop, and you can call them punk, and they are, and those are not points in their favour by any means... Where was I going with this? Oh yeah... but this song is still awesome. And so is 'What's my age again?'. That's the Shit. Those are the only one's I've heard and really liked. Word out. |

| Ice Cube – It Was A Good Day Lyrics

Wow, lots of people down on gangsta rap. I think music that stands up for a disenfranchised group and accurately represents their feelings about a society is a good thing. People should take a good look at these indicators. Also, where do the lyrics refer to anal sex? I think it's possible for a person who has an unhealthy obsession with anal sex to see references to it wherever there is the least ambiguity. Look 'deep down' within yourself. And yes, Ice Cube is a dude and his shit is real tight. |

Maybe I don't know a lot about Motor Ace, but they are an Australian band - could this song be about Australian support for American foreign policy (imperialism). ??? Im grasping at straws, i know |
