I think this song is about era 1 too .. "Going back, to all those wasted years" that mortiis spent in era 1 building his kingdom, making songs, writing his book etc. "I see the rise and fall, of the world I lived in" the world that he created through his music and sort of lost faith in after era 1 "But I took the fall, and on came all the changes" in an interview on the soul in a hole dvd mortiis is talking about era 1 and says something like "I fell from that", meaning he lost his faith in the kingdom he built and of course era 2 which came next was a big change. "I see the rise and fall, of the world that I made" his kingdom. I'm not sure what the references to people are about.. perhaps mortiis had villagers in his kingdom or something lol, or maybe a person he loved was part of the reason he lost faith in the era 1 kingdom thing. I don't know. Personally though this song to me is about losing a loved one and is very emotional. |

I agree with A.M. and Kurdt_Kobane Plus why are some people even commenting on this if they don't know whats up with his nose or don't like the music. Nobody cares about your opinions this is song meanings. |
