omg i've been trying to find that song for YEARS! i have NO idea who sings it.. i know exactly what your talking about tho! i looked up the soundtrack a while back and it was nowhere on it.. i even downloaded all the songs and looked up the only lyrics from the song that i remembered... still no use :( let me know if u ever do find out! i'm kinda thinking it was just an independant recording artist for the movie that made the song.. but idk.. |

I really like this song, and it took me a long time to figure it out exactly, but I think I figured out the meaning.. I really think that the song is about losing someone very close to them, but wanting to take his own life to keep that person alive. The fact that they looked up to the person that died, they thought they were full of beauty, so they refer to him as being "beauty" Miss Murder is definately the angel of death. How the chorus says "can I make beauty stay if I, take my life" Beauty = His friend. Meaning that he knows death needs to take someone, so if he takes his own life, can his friend live. "Dreams of his crash wont pass Or how they all adored him." shows that his friend was loved by many.. and everyone will miss him. "We're the empty set just floating through, wrapped in skin" I really like this line in particular, because it says how eveyone has skin on the outside, but true beauty/what's on the inside is what counts. And they thought they're friend had found true beauty, but everyone else was left with just the skin they have on the outside. Anyways, just wanted to put my 2 cents in. I donno what everyone else thinks, but I really like the song/new album! |
