This song is the beginning of a love story, though not any love story, it's through a stalker's eyes. Vermillion part 2 is the ending of this "story" but it shows no exact ending how the story ends is up to you. It all depends on your view of how the story was set out to be.
Corey also states that they don't like to give out the actual meaning of their songs because it forces the listener to actually listen to the song and get their own interpretation of it. So none of SlipKnoT's songs actually have one absolute meaning because their are different opinions by many different people. |
