I really like this song, the dark macabre side, the falsetto the cresendo en decresendo, it's just chillingly beautiful.

By "we have built this ship in a wine bottle" he could also mean that the relationship(the ship) is based on alcohol. But I kinda agree with all the former explanations based on the context. |

I don't think this such a bad cover, it's just really different, but that's usualy good. covers are really bad if they sound exactly the same as the original. The whole idea is to give it your own twist.
I don't think it's better than the original though, it's song with a lot more power so it gives the song a whole different feeling, but not bad, not so bad at all. |
