It's one of the most honest love songs. You can almost feel his pain...from having to actually watch Pearl Harbor. Ben Affleck's acting does tend to bring a tear to your eye, as your asking for your money back. This song is awesome. |

Her voice is very soft and sweet in this song. Every once in a while she does that weird pop strain to emphasize a word, but rarely. This is one of those songs that you forget how sappy the lyrics are because you just like the way it's sung. |

I don't really think it's depressing. I mean, yes it's about a break up and that's sad on its own but she has an amazingly optimistic view of it. "And from the first to the last times the sign says stop but we went on whole-hearted It ended bad but I loved what we started" Most people just focus on the hurt and anger of breaking up, she remembers what life was like when the relationship started. She even has humor when she says "You silly, stupid past time of mine". Even if it's kind of harsh. Of course, I'm not saying you're wrong if you find this depressing...that's the difference between songs that are good and songs that are great. If three or four people can come up with three of four different interpretations then that's awesome. It can touch so many different lives and I love hearing what other people think. That's kind of why I signed up here. |

lol This song is about some loser Star Wars fan who works in an office and on the weekends he pretends he is...Chewbacca from Star Wars. I think we've all known people like this...whether we like it or not. I'm not sure if I needed to explain this song...but it's pretty hilarious. |

This is one of those songs that you can listen to and it blends into whatever you are doing. It's smooth and a little folksy. I think it has to do with being a teenager. Who hasn't wanted to borrow their parents car? Instead of fighting with his father he plays on the good things about him going out. He won't be gone for long and he'll take care of himself. I think the song pretty much speaks for itself. If you don't like the lyrics, just listen to it for the music. It's really soothing and nice. I like it. |

| I actually heard this song because I heard somebody else talking about it. It's so simple in musical arrangement and instruments yet the passion and emotion in his voice are what makes this song so unique. The fact that his voice cracks a few times makes it better in my opinion. It's real and it's honest. Two qualities that every relationship needs. | |
