| john ondrasik played this at a 9-11 benefit concert and it was one of the most moving performances i've ever seen. a new york firefighter heard the song and saw his life in certain lyrics and asked ondrasik to play it to honor the fdny men who died on 9-11. again, it was an unbelievably moving performance. every time i hear this song, it reminds me of that. great, great song about overcoming personal tragedies while being unwillinging seen as superhuman. | |
