I totally get this! Even before I read here today that Ben wrote it about his son, I've always sung it to my own little boy. For me the song is spot on because my boy is 2 now, and such a little man. I get the odd kiss when I can but they grow up so fast, I know before long he'll probably resist any affection. "...but when I lean in you just turn your head away..." |
