| Meat Loaf – It Just Won't Quit Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
He is with a girl, that's probaly got him hooked on her and he can't stop. She might even be doing things that are casuing him to worry, maybe how she acts, or what they do together. He wants to know if his love is worth it. Oh is this a blessing or is it a curse? Does it get any better? Can it get any worse? Will it go on forever or is it over tonight? Does it come with the darkness? Does it bring out the light? It's a stairway to heaven or a subway going down to the pits He oblivously doesn't know if she if bad for him or good. I'd say hes just worried, happened to me before. |

| Modest Mouse – Willful Suspension of Disbelief Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| It's not really an athiest point-of-view. Athiest just means that person doesn't believe in a god. They might still believe in some sort of divine. The "willful suspension of disbelief" could either be refering to something like pete said. But he is willfully stopping his disbelief in religion, maybe to continue searching or because not being able to reach Heaven or Hell is because of a divine barrier so humans can't find it. | |
| Modest Mouse – I Came as a Rat (Long Walk Off a Short Dock) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
Sometimes when I listen to this song I keep thinking he is confused: I came as ice, I came as a whore I came as advice that came too short I came as gold, I came as crap I came clean and I came as a rat. First he was ice, which is cold: then he was a whore, which can be seen as hot. Next he came as advice, but it really wasn't much advice because he came too short. He was then gold, value: and then crap, no value. Later he was clean and then a dirty rat. |

| Modest Mouse – Bury Me with It Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| In parts of this song it definately sounds like he is with some friends having a good time. Much like the life of a young male I might add :) | |
| Modest Mouse – Doin' the Cockroach Lyrics | 19 years ago |

| Modest Mouse – Paper Thin Walls Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
I don't get why so many people like that line, in the song I lvoe it when he says, "Everyone's a voyeur, their watching me, Watch them, watch me right now." The words just sound awsome at the speed and rythm he takes the song at. |

| The Beatles – Yellow Submarine Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I don't think this was a kids song either. They were either very bored or very high on drugs when they made this song, but i have to admit, I love this song still. It's a fun song to dance and sing to when you have friends over and you are bored. | |
