i actually think mockingsmile is right, that seems to be the underlining meaning, but you can't really say it's out of character for the band because stacy wrote a song about a friend attempting suicide when she was like 8, so i'm pretty sure that's not uncommon ground. |

it's about love; in this case, a married couple, or long enough to start "becoming" the same person, in a sense. not that they lose all sense of identity, it's a good kind of "becoming" you've seen them: they know how each other thinks, they finish each others sentences--
it's about how they sort of mesh into one cute, big puddle, and lose all real concern about the rest of the world |

it's about rejecting. beautiful aren't really beautiful; the rest of us aren't either. the song analyses the emotions on both sides. |

it's pretty self explanitory if you listen carefully enough. besides, it was listed on their old website (from about 2002-2003, although that was when it was never recorded) and sherri said it means:
"fear. feeling that you can't conquer it. i know everyone has experienced this feeling, and it isn't very fun" |

stacy wrote this when she was eight, apparently it's about a friend of the family's attempting suicide. |
