Well, I agree with you two above me. But i guess it doesnt need to be a relationship, i dont like the thought that nearly every lyric has to deal with relationships, love and so on. I guess the narrator lives in a situation that he/she doesnt like (so it CAN be the relationship) and there is something new which can cheers up him or her. in order to get "something new" he/she has to give up on familiar surroundings.. |

these lyrics arent simple at all.. they're just simple to read, you dont have to think about it.. the only line on which you have to spend a few minutes is the sugar line, although its quite obvious well, anyways.. i think its quite hard to write it down in a direct way she did. i tried to explain my boyfriend over and over again that i dont want him to fullfil me every stupid wish but i want him to know me but then i heard this song and thought "well, kinda direct" its not that easy for me to come to the point ^^ |

for the first time its really hard to say what she's actually saying in my opinion this one is personal and really honest i believe everyone can relate to it and find another fitting situation a really good friend of mine told me a few days ago that he's been into me for over a year now, which shocked me, since i havent noticed anything and this song also can fit this one, im not in love with him, i already have a bf who means the world to me.. but this friend is also important to me, anyhow he "do(es)nt mean nothing at all to me" when it comes to love, but as a friend he "could mean everything to me" and with saying that he's in love with me, he kind of proved our friendship.. now either our friendship really gets closer or we lose it all, because we cannot handle this and i guess he also can relate to the song |
