reminds me of the cult suicides etc around the Hale-Bopp comet coming in '97. "Years ago she lost her daughter
off to a sacred order where they get stoned and work the earth" & "She'll never safely know when an asteroid will kill us all". This song was written not long after the events. Just a thought :) |

yeah AiR7oN has it perfectly. the song was written with the 80s unemployment turmoil in mind but it's good for many interpretations. |
