I think that Ozzy is speaking to someone mourning the death of a close relative, telling the person to put himself together because we all go sometime and that death is natural. Also, does anyone else notice that the beginning drums and guitar riffs sound very similar to that of Van Halen's "I'm The One" entrance?

I assume this is about a girl in the middle of the choice to pick between a few guys to go out with, so DLR is convincing her to be with him. "Look at all these little kids Takin' care of the music biz Don't their bus'ness take good care of me, honey" Perhaps here in this verse, he is saying that he is superior to them in many aspects and that the other guys are nothing compared to him. That's what I see.

The bass during the chorus is awesome. I think this song is about the joy and obsession of a rock star's success (from his perspective). VH feel like they are on top of the world, or "on fire." Their dream of making it has come true and they are displaying it through music as a means of connecting with the fans. That is what I get out of this song.

I can't get enough! I love this song. It is definitely my favorite VH song. I believe that the first interpretation is correct. It makes perfect sense. Think about the prechorus: "Thought you'd never miss me 'Til I got a fat city address" He moves out, and she misses him. Great song.

This song is obviously about having an affair and that the guy's cheating girlfriend is the one that came on to the other guy. So the victim of it all does not have any regret in leaving his girl for what she did.
