This song is about drug/alcohol useage, I believe. Just look at the chorus: "Frail, the skin is dry and pale The pain will never fail And so we go back to the remedy Clip the wings that get you high Just leave them where they lie And tell yourself, 'You'll be the death of me'" Most people who use alcohol and drugs usually think of it as a remedy for their pain, or whatever, so that's what this is about. |
