I strongly agree with Deconstructyourself. It's their song. A wonderful song, might I add as well. The original was amazing, but as someone said earlier, this one conveys the urgency of the song, instead of the sadness and seriousness of the conversation taking place. Well, if you enjoy this song, I think that you would enjoy some of their old work as well, when they were still "Thiry Years War"... |

Personally, I think it's a great song and all, but they dragged it out a bit much. The Rocket Summer is pretty much the only pop-ish-like band I listen to... I'm more into Hardcore and Metal... and all that jazz, but I really enjoy them, and this song really let me down. I love the lyrics, and I have to agree with "absolutdance" That it's indeed about the beggar and all, but please... it was WAY too lengthy. |

I love this song because it so describes my town. Dinky, nothing to do, and you want to get out before it's too late. I have my little group of friends, and we all get off to the beach together. I totally get where he's coming from in this song, and I love the tune, and just the way he sings. It's great. |

This is one of my favorites by them, but I really like their old stuff as well, when they were still known as "Thirty Years War"... But, this is a great song. What I've noticed about them in general is that most of their songs are depressing, or about someone that's gone. Very pretty though. |
