Referring to the title "hedonism" the protagonist seem to work out pain in thinking back of her ex-boyfriend and how their relationship ended. she definitely feels sad and obviously hasn´t overcome the splitting up with him. Her thoughts circle around the possible reasons why he could have decided to end this thing and if he not even once has thought how she might feel then. So, directly, she expresses her disappointment and anger about that. In that mood she probably mixes up sadness with sarcasm based on anger and maybe a bit of hatred. But nevertheless, she still loves him deeply, although knowing that there´s no chance for a new start. |
