Man, I can't believe this tool earlier thanked the O.C. for revealing Spoon to him. Anyways. My favourite line is " You bought a new bag of pot/ so lets make a new start/ and thats the way to my heart" It truly is romanticizing about the simplicity of young love, and how nothing couldn't be solved with a joint and a conversation. Makes me think of petty lyrically but musically, Spoon is in a category of its own. |
