This song is about his daughter Lily, born on January 19th, as people earlier discussed. The mother of Lily is Kerri, the original singer in 1997. I'm pretty sure she got pregnant so she had to leave the band. I don't know if they broke up for a bit, but they are back together now and have a little musical side project for fun called simply "kerri and caleb" Its pretty adorable. |

ok to be a little more specific. Its about two people breaking up and one is completely over it but the singer still wants to be together. "if it's time you need my love, i'll give it to you?" basically means that he will wait forever to get back with the girl. "if the feelings are gone, then what am i left with" is probably the line the girl used on him and that is his response to her. |

Ok I always thought it was about a girl who ran away and joined the circus and then the singer is going to go find her. He is about to find her but then the circus catches on fire and she disappears again. I dont know, thats just my idea. |
