okay, so yeah it's kind of hard to translate, but she is basically saying various japanese appoloigies.
kampai is something you say before you drink in japan; like bottoms up. shibari means bondage fetish, sake is rice wine served hot (i speak japanese)
either this song is about the screwed up police system in japan. (which they can torture you and stuff for small criminal offenses), or about a bad experience in japan that NOFX had. i know they go on tour they a lot. |
