ok I heard someone say on this that Les Claypool was a way better bassist than Cliff. Yes, maybe he was a little more skilled but he was more just showing off than actually making it sound good. I think that Les was more or less just telling everyone "look at me guys, i can play bass like a God" where Cliff knew when to step back and support the other instruments (remember, bass is part of the rhythm section, but when he did solos like this one and the little part in Orion, they sounded good. They have melody and you can tell that he knows what he's doing. He is easily one of metals top 3 bassists of all time. |

Some people are so dumb. In the booklet the lyrics said "My heart turned black" not you're my all time plack you friggen dumbasses.
The ppl who think thats the line even after seeing that it's not shouldnt even listen to billy talent. They should just take the record back to the stores and not get their money back. lol |

this song is about i guess them knowing how kids or teenagers feel and go around standing up for them (together, we stand for the youth) and i guess there killing there enemies and finding great fun in it? well i dont know. keep in mind that they used a lot of drugs back in the day so i guess they only know. But thats kinds of what i think.
By the way this band kicks ass. ive seen them live and there great, and this is a damn good song. |

When I saw them live in Sarnia about a year ago Ben said before the song:" This song is about a girl that the band went out with for a bit. Then while they were on the warped tour, they came back and she was fucking another guy. So this one goes out to that fucking bitch." Those were almost his exact words, so it's obviously about being cheated on and pissed off and all the stuff that goes with it. |
